    Role: US IT Recruiter

    Location: Gurugram, Haryana

    Job Type: Permanent

    Required Skills:

    • 3-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically working on IT requirements.
    • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networking.
    • Strong understanding of technical requirements.
    • Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and best practices
    • Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including , Facebook, and Instagram
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team including a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment.
    • Be capable of using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
    • Possess strong written and oral communication skills in English, including a commitment to timely and relevant communication with applicants and account managers.
