    Position: Design Specialist - Workspace Design

    Job Brief: Join a dynamic organization where your work truly makes an impact. As a member of our Design Studio, you will be part of a team that merges artistic creativity with technological expertise to deliver innovative projects.

    Design Ability:

    • Create layouts that align with client needs and expectations.
    • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements.
    • Produce digital presentations with design concepts and finish selections.
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.

    Creativity:

    • Imaginatively select furnishings and fabrics to meet client's needs.
    • Stay updated on design trends and innovations.
    • Show attention to detail in design preparation.

    Detail-Oriented:

    • Create precise interior measurements and drawings.
    • Develop detailed designs and material selection.
    • Supervise construction to ensure alignment with design intent.

    Visualization:

    • Determine project requirements and completion costs.
    • Source materials for design plans.
    • Conduct post-design inspections for client approval.

    Interpersonal Skills:

    • Effective communication with clients and team members.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
    • 3-5+ years of experience in workspace projects
    • Experience with Revit and BIM tools desired
    • Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes
    • Commitment to sustainable practices
