    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee and manage all aspects of thefinance and accounting functions within theorganization. Develop and implementfinancial policies procedures and controls to ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and companystandards. Provide strategic financialplanning and analysis to support business decisionmakingprocesses. Prepare and present financialreports budgets and forecasts to senior management and keystakeholders. Lead the annual budgetingprocess and periodic financial reviews ensuring alignment withcompany goals. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes and improveefficiency. Ensure accurate and timelyfinancial reporting including monthend and yearend closingactivities. Monitor cash flow manage workingcapital and optimize financial resources to support businessobjectives. Conduct financial riskassessments and implement risk managementstrategies. Stay abreast of industry trendsregulations and best practices to ensure the companys financialhealth.


    Requirements:
    CA CMA is a plus1020 years of progressive experience in finance and accountingroles. Significant experience in themanufacturing domain is essential. Strongknowledge of financial principles accounting standards andregulatory compliance. Proven track recordof strategic financial planning andanalysis. Demonstrated leadership skillswith the ability to manage and motivate a financeteam. Exceptional analytical andproblemsolving abilities. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel. CPA or CMA certification ishighly desirable. Ability to thrive in adynamic and fastpacedenvironment.
