    Description

    Job Title : Tech Lead -.Net

    Experience : 5+ yrs

    Job Location : Pune

    Skills required :


    • Experience in .NET Core, ASP. Net Web Applications, Web API, REST API, C#, Azure, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
    • A team player with a strong passion for development
    • Solid software development background including design patterns, strong problemsolving skills, data structures, test driven development is a plus
    • Excellent understanding of design patterns & Object Oriented Programming.
    • Need to have knowledge of git (source control) and agile /scrum process and estimation methodology.
    • Selfdriven, endtoend ownership, focus on operational excellence.
    • Experience with scalable systems
    • Very good at identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
    • Good communication skills

    Role & Responsibility :


    • Identifying, assessing and implementing nextgen product solutions;
    - liaising with business partners to unearth needs and requirements

    • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Define the Development framework, guide the team in coding as per the design
    • Manage the work allocation to the teams
    • Analyse requirements for feasibility with regards to implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect on the framework, technology stack
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Mentor team members in project teams concerning product and domain skills on projects.
