About the internship:

As an inside sales intern at Prasoft IT Services Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales team and gain valuable experience in the tech industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities within the computer network sector.

2. Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their needs and offer solutions.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.

4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.

5. Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports and databases to track progress and performance.

6. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of computer networks and sales techniques.

7. Contribute innovative ideas and insights to help improve sales processes and achieve company goals.
