    Description

    Job Title: Federal Proposal Manager (US Federal only)

    Must have at least 8 years in Federal Proposal writing and 2 years as Proposal Manager managing at least a team of 5.

    Location: JNTU area, Hyderabad, India

    Shifts: Onsite first 2 months and then Hybrid 2-3 days in office and 2-3 days remote.

    Timings: 8a-5p EST / Flexible for UK shift (as long as proposal team aligns to that shift)

    Reports to: Director of Operations (India) & COO (US).

    Job Summary:-

    The Federal Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the development and submission of high-quality proposals for government contracts, specifically in the healthcare sector. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about federal procurement processes and can effectively manage proposals from initiation to submission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Proposal Development: Oversee the entire proposal process, including planning, research, writing, editing, and submission. Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and reflective of our organization's strengths.
    2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, finance, legal, and other departments to gather necessary information and approvals.
    3. Market Research: Conduct research to understand government needs and align our offerings accordingly. Stay updated with changes in federal procurement regulations.
    4. Quality Assurance: Review all proposal sections for consistency and compliance with solicitation requirements. Ensure all proposals meet high-quality standards before submission.
    5. Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient proposal submissions.
    6. Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback from unsuccessful proposals to improve future submissions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in US Federal proposal management.
    • Proven track record of managing successful federal proposals.
    • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations.

    Desired Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
    • Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality.
    • Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office.
