    **Job Title: Investor Relations Associate**

    **Responsibilities:**

    Connect with potential investors and cultivate strong relationships.

    Arrange and coordinate meetings between investors and company executives.

    Share relevant information with investors, including pitch decks, business plans, financial models, and other materials.

    Assess investor mandates and evaluate their alignment with our company's investment thesis.

    Act as a liaison between investors and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of investor expectations.

    Provide insights and feedback to management based on investor interactions.

    Assist in the development of investor communication materials and presentations.

    Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes relevant to investor relations.

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

    Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a similar role.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with investors.

    Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.

    Knowledge of investment strategies, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
