    We are looking for Legal + C.S. qualified candidates for the role of Legal Manager

    Job Profile

    • Commercial transactions are accompanied
    • Contracts are drafted and analyzed according to compliance and Borzo policies
    • Labor law support is provided to HR and Management
    • Disputes with the company's clients regarding money debts, including court disputes are conducted according to compliance
    • Intellectual property issues are solved
    • Personal data support in the Legal field is provided
    • Conduct сorporate work of 2 companies, incl. dealing with shareholders, transfers of shares, Board and etc.
    • Peform of the function of the company's secretary. A qualified secretary of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
    • Notice of AGM: Preparation of Notice of Annual General Meeting
    • Board Report: Preparation of detailed Board Report with all the disclosures & details as per the requirement of Companies Act, 2013
    • Annual Return: Preparation & filing of Annul Return with all the necessary exhaustive disclosures &
    • Attachment in Form MGT-7 as on close of Financial Year
    • Preparation of necessary e-form AOC-4 for filing of Financial Statements
    • Preperation and Filing of e-form FLA
    • Statutory Registers like Register of Directors, Members, Transfers, Directors Shareholding, Disclosures, Charges and investment register.
    • Visit ROC Department Office if Required
    • Incorporation of New Company
    • Restructuring of Share Capital of any Company in the company including merger demerger or any re arrangement of share capital
    • Compliance of FC-GPR with Reserve Bank of India, e-Stamping of Shares, Preparing Share Certificates etc
