    Position Overview:

    This position is responsible for all legal and contractual matters and chartered to build processes and systems that help the company scale and execute with transparency, accountability, and within the compliance framework for all countries where Roambee operates.

    General Duties:

    · Draft/Review/redline/negotiate mid complexity contracts (e.g. NDA, MSA, SOW, Amendments and Change Orders etc.) on behalf of Roambee independently or along with other stakeholders and secure favourable positions.

    · Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle management activities, including recording fully executed agreements into contract database, managing renewals, extension, renegotiation, amendments, and termination of contracts etc.

    · Provide information and documentation for audit and reporting purpose.

    · Contribute to contracts management excellence through continuous innovation and improvement in contract management processes etc.

    · Provides guidance to account management for contractual opportunities to improve revenue, profits and/or risk exposure for the account.

    · Secure compliance of business operation with relevant laws and regulations.

    · Anticipate and mitigate the (legal) risk connected with or resulting from the business strategies and operations.

    · Cooperate with other members within law dept., other departments, functions etc.

    · Represent dept. as and when required with Sales, Operation, Delivery before the client.

    · Advising on general business law related issues and managing legal issues.

    Requirements

    Required background & skills:

    · Advanced fluency in contract terminology (including legal and business terms and SLAs) and ability to master highly complex contracts.

    · Experience in the execution of contract management end to end responsibilities.

    · Strong business acumen with ability to navigate and analyse complex commercials of a deal.

    · Rigorous attention to detail, expert analytics, advanced ability to interpret contract terms and conditions and advise and make recommendations.

    · Ability to deliver high quality work under deadlines.

    · Ability to forge strong professional relationships with delivery, finance and account management teams and client counterparts.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's (mandatory) or master's degree (preferrable) in law with 5+ years of experience
