    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities :


    • Define and communicate your product's vision, execution, and goals and own the results.
    • Bench marking industry best practices & products.
    • Identify customers' behaviors and needs through research and analysis.
    • Empower and collaborate with your team to unlock their full potential.
    • Identify immediate and/or upcoming user and internal stakeholder needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them.
    • Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience.
    • Gather product requirements, and document them accordingly for projects in development.
    • Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.
    • Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.
    Desired Skills :


    • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
    • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
    • High effectiveness in managing crossfunctional teams
    • Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Analytical & Logical: You either come with data, or you don't. You are a logical thinker with an analytical approach to finding solutions to problems.
    • Fast mover: You implement solutions before users even encounter them.
    • Eye for detail: Even the smallest issues bother you. You have a great eye for detail, and you make sure that even the smallest things are taken care of.
    • You have the willingness to work for a startup and go the extra mile.
