    Description

    Role: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Payroll

    Location: Bengaluru

    Working Model: Hybrid

    Intro:

    As a key contributor, you will spearhead India payroll support, benefits reconciliation, and compliance management. Join us to play a pivotal role in comprehensive HR support, from reports management to ticketing tool support.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support India payroll support, benefits reconciliation, claims management, Audit, Compliance and offboarding procedure.
  • Secure green report from Internal, External and SOC audits
  • Update and upload the revision, promotion, off cycle corrections in HRIS.
  • Work closely with the payroll vendor for various returns, filing and periodic compliances and produce the reports as applicable for India.
  • Reports management. Manage various trackers and the workflows connected to the SharePoint and other trackers.
  • Manage probation confirmation for the entire APAC region including various monthly dashboards.
  • Support the Ticketing tool queries and resolve them completely.
  • Manage employee queries through email / ticketing.
  • Validate the invoices of rewards - XOXO Payment
  • Vendor management (AceNgage) to provide data and manage invoicing.

    • What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?


    • 10 years of experience in HR Administration preferably payroll support management for India. APAC region exposure will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn APAC region operations over a period of time to support the smooth functioning of APAC Payroll and other critical deliverables associated.


    • Outstanding eye for detail and must have good grip over excel, ppt


    • Any HRIS and HCM software will be an added advantage


    • Ability to work with culturally diverse work groups and manage independent communication
