    Job Description:

    • As a Creative Strategist & Creator at , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence on Instagram and other social media platforms.
    • You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and promotes our mission of Develop creative concepts for reel content that align with 's brand identity and messaging.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience demographics.
    • Produce highquality reel content, including filming, editing, and adding appropriate music and captions.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, particularly on platforms like Instagram, to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of reel content and make datadriven decisions for optimization.
    • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and usergenerated content related to our reels.
    • Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all Proven experience as a social media content creator, with a focus on Instagram reels.
    • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
    • Strong creative vision and the ability to generate innovative ideas for reel content.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • A passion for philanthropy and social causes, with a desire to make a positive impact through your work.
    • Uptodate knowledge of social media trends, particularly in the realm of shortform video content.
