    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Sales Officer (Gold Loan) to join our team in Madurai. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our gold loan products to potential customers. This is a full-time position with a duration of 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. This role is based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Knowledge of gold loan products and services is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell our gold loan products to potential customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
    • Meet sales targets and achieve monthly quotas
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales activities
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customer groups
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
