    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Leada team of 4 software developers in the development of backendsolutions using andJavaScript.
    • Drivethe companys internal software and application development plansensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
    • Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements andtranslate them into scalable and efficient backendsolutions.
    • Providetechnical leadership and guidance on system design and backendengineering bestpractices.
    • Mentorand coach team members to foster their professional growth anddevelopment.
    • Ensurethe delivery of highquality software solutions within establishedtimelines.
    • Utilizeyour expertise in database design including Postgres Oracle orMariaDB to optimize data managementprocesses.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
    • 8to 12 years of total work experience in software development with afocus on backendengineering.
    • Proficiencyin and JavaScript for building scalable and robust backendsystems.
    • Experiencein database design including Postgres Oracle orMariaDB.
    • Strongunderstanding of system design principles and experience indesigning complex softwarearchitectures.
    • Proventrack record of leading software development teams and deliveringsuccessfulprojects.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in Indiaandoverseas.
    • Experiencein the shipping or logistics industry is aplus.
