    Description
    Job Summary: As an on-field sales executive, you will generate leads, prospect potential clients, and close sales deals through face-to-face interactions. You will professionally represent the company's products or services, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the designated territory.
    • Actively prospected and cold-called to generate leads and set up meetings with potential customers.
    • Presenting product demonstrations and effectively communicating the value proposition to prospects.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
    • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotional activities.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
    • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products/services.
    • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
