- The Talent Management Process and Project Manager supports the documentation, management, and continuous improvement of talent operations processes and the successful endtoend delivery of projects and programs in our strategic priorities portfolio.
- Working closely with the global process, program and project partners and leadership teams, as well as other HR leaders and cross functional partners, this role will support talent operations processes, program management and multiple project initiatives from initiation to implementation.

- Drive standardization, efficiency and effectiveness in talent management operations processes in alignment with industry best practices and HRLT strategic vision.
- Provide oversight to shared services process partners, establish and monitor process metrics, KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Project Management: Create and maintain plans and project reports; work with project sponsors and COE leadership to secure required resources.
- Establish and monitor budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Proactively anticipate, identify and mitigate project constraints and risks in close communication and collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders.

- Develop and deliver presentations on the status and progress of initiatives; create and deliver project communications to ensure project successes and challenges are shared.

- COE Leadership: Lead or participate in working groups for key initiatives.
- Responsible for training and coaching of team members; provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required; Masters degree preferred
- Typically requires minimum 812 years of professional working experience in HR environment
- Proven experience with project management and stakeholder communication responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in multinational, matrixedorganization
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
