    This is a remote position.

    Since 1989OCH Inc (Our Country Home) has been producing props and highquality store fixtures to the trade.As ahighend custom store fixture manufacturer OCH Enterprises wasspared from the industrywide slowdown that occurred over the pastseveral years that forced many manufacturers to close their doors.Looking to the future however we realized that we would have tomake changes to stay competitive and viable in the currentmarket.

    We are looking foran accounting professional for Delhi/NCR (Hybrid) to be responsiblefor ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.You will play a crucial role in providing strategic financialguidance to support business decisionmaking while maintainingcompliance with regulatory requirements.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Prepare and analyzemonthly quarterly and annual financialstatements.
    • Ensure timely and accuratereporting of financial information to management stakeholders andregulatory bodies.
    • Implement and maintain accountingpolicies and procedures in accordance with Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles(GAAP).
    • Develop annual budgets andforecasts in collaboration with department heads and seniormanagement.
    • Monitor budget variances andprovide analysis to support cost control measures and operationalefficiency.
    • Conduct thorough financialanalysis to identify trends opportunities andrisks.
    • Provide insights andrecommendations to support strategic decisionmaking and driveprofitability.
    • Manage cash flow projections andoptimize working capital to support operationalneeds.
    • Implement cash managementstrategies to maximize liquidity and mitigate financialrisks.
    • Ensure compliance with taxregulations financial reporting standards and internalcontrols.
    • Identify and assess financialrisks and implement measures to mitigate potentialexposures.
    • Supervise and mentor accountingstaff fostering a culture of accountability collaboration andcontinuousimprovement.
    • Provide guidance and support forprofessional development and traininginitiatives.



    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA designationpreferred.
    • Provenexperience (Min 4 years) in a similar role within the manufacturingindustry.
    • Strongunderstanding of GAAP and financial reportingstandards.
    • Proficiencyin financial analysis budgeting andforecasting.
    • Advancedknowledge of accounting software and MicrosoftExcel.
    • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to present complex financialinformation in a clear and concisemanner.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with attention todetail.
    • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
    • Leadershipexperience with a track record of building and developinghighperformingteams.

    Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.Proven experience (X years) in a similar role within themanufacturing industry.
