- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at PR agencies, advertising firms, and brands to secure partnerships and collaborations.
- Pitch the creator's social platform and brand and content offerings to potential clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition and market differentiators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and establish thought leadership in the PR and advertising community.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive insights, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline management, and market insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the 'creator' representing her values, mission, and vision in all client interactions and external communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PR, advertising, or media sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts in the PR and advertising industry, with existing relationships at agencies, brands, and media outlets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and value propositions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
