    Job Description

    Role : Shared services Finance Manager

    Experience Range: 10-15 years

    Education: MBA in Finance

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Europe region. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP standards. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting processes.
    • Tax and Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities for the Europe region. Stay updated with local tax regulations and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. Implement internal controls and processes to safeguard assets and ensure financial stability.
    • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage liquidity for the Europe region. Develop strategies to improve cash flow efficiency.
    • Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury functions. Streamline processes and implement best practices.
    • Business Partnering: Collaborate with business units and senior management to provide financial insights, analysis, and support strategic initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
    • Audit Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits.
    • Cost Breakdown and Financial Analysis: Assist management and the commercial team with cost analysis.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a focus on Europe region financial activities is a Must
    • Education: MBA in Finance or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IFRS/UK GAAP standards. Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting tools.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
