- BI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the BI strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in our BI offerings.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead efforts in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their BI needs, offering solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, from initial proposal to final delivery.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on BI tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, with a strong background in technical delivery of BI solutions.
- 3+ years of expertise in BI tools and platforms (e. g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to lead cross-functional teams.
- Business development experience, with a track record of identifying and securing new projects, is highly desirable.
