    PRODUCTSPECIALIST

    Years ofExperience: 4 to 6years

    Work Location:Coimbatore

    JobSummary:

    As Product Specialist youwill be part of the TrusTrace Implementation team buildingTrusTraces position as a globally recognized leader in producttraceability and supply chain transparency for fashionvertical.

    • You will get a deepunderstanding of customer needs collaboratively engage business& technical stakeholders across customer enterprise todefine the right solution to meet their sustainabilityobjectives.
    • You will analyse customerrequirements that can strengthen product positioning and workclosely with product team to ensure they are factored in as part ofthe roadmap.
    • You will work withcrossfunctionalteams of the customers to establish a robust roll out plan thatwill enable the customers to see the value out of thisplatform.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managingmultiple customer implementations across the world in large andultralarge global companies.
    • Be hands on in theProduct with an ability to engage/guide customers duringimplementation.
    • Driving customer workshops fordiscovery and solution design that will facilitate a compellingrollout strategy for customers to quickly realizevalue
    • Contribute to a world class product bysharing the learning/inputs from various implementations to theproduct team
    • Ensure deep understanding ofproduct vision and strategy and be a strong advocate of TrusTracein front of the customers
    • Make an impact on aglobal scale while having a great sense ofhumour.

    Ideal CandidateMustHaves:

    • Passionateabout the environment we live in conscious of how we consume orsimply care for the world we live in.
    • MastersDegree with focus on Business/Computer Science/Information Systemsor related field and 24 yearsexperience in product management
    • Previousexperience with B2B SaaS products or supply chain products is aplus.
    • Consultingmindset
    • Proven ability to get things done in acrossfunctional teams with an agilemindset.
    • Ability to quickly build relationshipswith key partners (engineering sales marketing etc.) across thecompany.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and acollaborative approach to achievingobjectives.
    • Always (cant stress this enough)customer end user and impact focused.
    • Betechnologically curious to follow latest trends and technicalcapabilities.
