    Role Description

    This full-time on-site position in Mumbai is for a Senior HR Manager focusing on Recruitment & HR Operations. We are seeking a professional with strong communication skills and dedication. The selected candidate will work at the client's site to support our consulting projects.


    • Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, improve onboarding processes, and enhance retention strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and agencies. Evaluate qualifications, conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage the offer process within budget.
    • Performance Management: Streamline performance management processes, collaborate with leaders on compensation scales, and identify training needs through TNA.
    • Employee Relations: Cultivate strong inter-departmental relationships, promote a positive work environment, introduce Rewards & Recognition programs, and address employee concerns effectively.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, conduct audits, and develop HR policies aligned with organizational requirements.
    • Administrative Excellence: Maintain employee records, oversee payroll and benefits, and manage HR-related administrative duties.


    Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

    Experience: 3-5 Years

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.

    Desired Attributes: Dynamic, proactive, excellent written and verbal communication skills, growth-oriented mindset

    Expected CTC: 8-9 LPA
