    We are actively looking for a dynamic and talented HR professional to Join our incredible team and be a part of our Growth

    We are looking for a strategic HR who has a passion for building positive relationships in facilitating HR strategies. HR will interact with all levels of the organization to help drive an effective delivery of HR services and support our company in achieving business goals.

    Location: Marol, Mumbai

    Job Type: Full Time

    Freight forwarding and Logistics Background is must

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding;
    • Develop dedicated training materials and roll ou of the training programs defined at the Group level;
    • Implement the Group's performance management system to ensure that employees understand their job responsibilities and goals;
    • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date;
    • Use performance management tools in order to: provide guidance and feedback to the team, improve motivation and develop career plans;
    • Design and implement employee retention strategies;
    • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations;
    • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently;
    • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives;
    • Partner with HR Head Quarter to ensure alignment with Group standards and procedures;
    • Collaborate on Forecast and budget activities to manage personnel costs effectively;
    • Maintain up-to-date company organizational chart and employee list;
    • Maintain up-to-date HR systems and processes;
    • Conduct performance and salary reviews;
    • Payroll Processing;
    • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 6 years as a HR in logistics experience;
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field;
    • Superior communication skills;
    • Must be able to work cohesively in a team environment;
    • Proficiency with HR information systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
