    Position: HR Manager
    Salary Package (CTC/Year): (INR 3L - 4L)
    Location: Mumbai
    Preferred: 2+ Years' Of Experience in HR Field, MBA - Freshers can apply
    Skills: Microsoft Office, Strong Communication Skills & Latest AI Applications Skills

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations and strategy. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and employee engagement.



    Requirements

    1. HR Strategy and Planning:

    - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

    - Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and develop plans to address them.

    - Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition and retention.

    2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

    - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.

    - Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

    3. Employee Relations and Engagement:

    - Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.

    - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

    - Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and productivity.

    4. Performance Management:

    - Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

    - Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.

    - Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth.

    5. Training and Development:

    - Identify training needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.

    - Coordinate training delivery and evaluate training effectiveness.

    - Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

    6. HR Administration and Compliance:

    - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

    - Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

    - Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
