    Job Description

    ​

    ·Develop andexecute a strategic business development plan to drive the adoption and growthof Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Identify and engage potential clients,including enterprises and organizations, to understand their business needs andpromote the value proposition of Power Platform.

    ·Build andnurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, andinfluencers in target industries, establishing the organization as a trustedadvisor for Power Platform solutions. Design and architect end-to-end solutionsusing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Providetechnical guidance and leadership in implementing best practices and ensuringthe scalability, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions.

    ·Conduct marketresearch and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer demands,and opportunities for differentiation in the Power Platform space. Collaboratewith internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, todevelop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrationstailored to clients' specific needs.

    ·Leadnegotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring the alignment ofbusiness objectives and the successful closure of Power Platform deals.

    ·Monitor andtrack sales performance metrics, analyze market feedback, and provide insightsto improve the sales and marketing strategies related to Power Platformsolutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platformecosystem, including new features, updates, and industry best practices.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities,alliances, and co-selling arrangements that enhance the organization's PowerPlatform offerings.

    ·Stay informedabout the competitive landscape, including competing platforms and similarlow-code/no-code solutions, and provide insights and recommendations to stayahead in the market. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. AnMBA is a plus. Proven experience in business development or sales roles,preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on enterprise software orcloud solutions.

    ·Strongunderstanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps,Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Demonstrated track recordof successfully driving business development initiatives, generating leads, andclosing deals.

    ·Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andcredibility with clients at various levels of the organization. Strategicthinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify marketopportunities, assess customer needs, and develop tailored solutions. Proactiveand self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results ina fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong presentation and storytelling skills,with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to both technicaland non-technical audiences.
