Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic retention marketeer who will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies aimed at retaining and nurturing our D2C customer base.
Your role will involve creating and implementing initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases and drive long-term engagement.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, e-commerce, data analytics and customer support to achieve retention goals and contribute to the overall growth of the D2C business.
Further note that this is an on-site opportunity in Mumbai (India).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate comprehensive retention strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Utilise customer data and insights to segment the customer base effectively.
- Design and manage customer loyalty programs that incentivize repeat purchases; monitor and analyse results and make datadriven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Leverage customer behaviour and preferences to provide relevant recommendations and content.
- Identify customers at risk of churning and develop strategies to prevent attrition. Implement winback campaigns to reengage inactive customers.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer feedback and issues, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs such as retention rates, customer lifetime value, and engagement metrics.
- Integrate retention marketing tools and techniques with Shopify to engage and retain existing customers, ultimately driving repeat purchases and increasing customer loyalty.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to align retention efforts with overall business strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in retention marketing or customer relationship management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Prior experience with A/B testing and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and their implementation.
- Should have prior experience with retention marketing tools and Shopify.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Detailoriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
