    Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Market Sales Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize business growth.
    • Engage in field sales activities such as client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the BFSI sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, products, and services to represent the company effectively.

    Skills Required:

    • Possess a strong drive for sales and business development.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Demonstrated capability to generate leads and boost sales.
    • Effective networking and negotiation skills.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferable.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
