    Description
    Job Description of Preschool Curriculum Developer/Specialist:
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the cognitive development stages of elementary schoolchildren.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the curriculum prescribed by government bodiesrelevant to early childhood education.
    • Evaluate and discuss curriculum standards adopted by various countries and educational boards.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional methodologies and educational technologiestailored for elementary school children.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to refine and standardize the curriculum.
    • Proficient in selecting appropriate and impactful instructional materials suitable for younglearners, and adept at developing innovative instructional strategies.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideasand deliver engaging presentations to large audiences.
    • Develop protocols and procedures for teachers to effectively implement the curriculum.
    • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training conferences and workshops.
    • Provide training and support to teachers and instructional staff on integrating new content or technology into their teaching practices.
    • Act as a mentor or coach to support teachers in enhancing their skills and professionaldevelopment.

    Required Skills:
    ✓ Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or equivalent educational certification✓ 5 to 7 years of experience in teaching and/ or at least 2 years of developing and implementing early childhood curriculum✓ Experience in planning and developing curriculum; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.✓ Passionate about pre-school education and able to positively engage stakeholders in the holistic development of the child.✓ Independent and self-driven team player.
