    Curriculum Developer Manager - Chennai, India - POORNATHA

    Description
    • Develop and design curriculum content for financial literacy courses, including learning flow, interactives and follow-up activities.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
    • Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for adult learners.
    • Continuously review and evaluate curriculum content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices.
    • Create and maintain documentation, such as course syllabi and instructor guides, to support the implementation of the curriculum

    Requirements

    • Any UG/PG degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field would be beneficial)
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing curriculum content in the field of financial literacy.
    • Strong understanding of financial literacy concepts and the ability to explain them in clear bite-size chunks.
    • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience utilizing various teaching and learning strategies.
    • Experience with curriculum development tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Preferred Additional Qualifications:
    • Instructional design certificate
    • Knowledge in Storyboarding and publishing skills
    • Advanced skill in MS Excel and Power point
    • Design tools like Canva, Pixton, Figma, Adobe
