Job Description:
The key role of the job is to acquire new clients for the agency services such as Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Web Development. The role would include reaching out to the brands, making pitch presentations, negotiating and closing the clients, and handing them over to the operation teams.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within a digital agency or B2B sales environment, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Delivering compelling pitch presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition effectively
• Negotiating terms and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets through successful client acquisitions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within a digital agency or B2B sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Must have their own laptop
