    Job Overview

    Junior Account Manager position available at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in account management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Good understanding of business development and account management principles.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and nurture client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
    • Develop account strategies and business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them through prospecting and networking.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to the management on account status and sales activities.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
    • Ensure timely payment collection and resolve any billing issues.
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
    • Travel to client locations as required.
