    Description

    About the Company:

    Join our team at an innovative tech company that values teamwork and excellence. We are looking for a skilled Network and System Administrator to help us maintain and optimize our complex network infrastructure.


    Responsibilities:
    • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, SANs, and network devices.
    • Ensure optimal performance, security, and stability of all network and system resources.
    • Implement and enforce network security policies to protect sensitive data.
    • Provide support for Microsoft Windows server environments.
    • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment (CCNA or CCNP certification preferred).
    • Design, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery solutions.
    • Conduct system audits and proactively address potential issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
    • Oversee network and system maintenance activities following best practices.
    - (Optional) Evaluate staff performance, provide development opportunities, and recommend training for the IT team.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in network and system administration.
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Cisco technologies, networks, and security principles.
    • Management experience is a plus.
    • Network certifications in Cisco and Microsoft Windows Server are preferred.
    • Experience with SANs, backup systems, disaster recovery, and emergency preparedness is desired.
