- Assist the recruiting team with sourcing and screening candidates
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in preparing interview materials and conducting reference checks
- Maintain candidate data and update the applicant tracking system
- Assist in drafting offer letters and onboarding new hires
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment
