Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Quotations, Booking, Shipment Planning & Liaising / update of shipments to Customers
- Air & Sea Imports/Exports
- Handling documentation for all custom clearance.
- Sending Pre alerts to customers
- Coordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, vendors
- CFS/CHA & Shipping Line
- Interdepartmental coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing & payment releases to vendors.
- Timely DO & BL release
- Updating Import / Export Job Data in our inhouse software & maintaining Daily Status Report for customers, CFS & Third-Party Movement
- Job Closing & Handover to Accounts
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Work Experience: Min 34 years
- Minimum Graduate
Language and IT Proficiency
- MS office (Word & Excel)
- Language Proficiency
- English, Marathi and Hindi
