    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    As a SaaS Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding into new markets. Your responsibilities will involve identifying new leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. Here are the details:

    Developing Growth Strategies:

    • Create a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

    Client Engagement

    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to pitch the company's products/services.
    • Promote the company's offerings, addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

    Sales and Contracts:

    • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

    Feedback and Support:

    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
    • Demonstrated sales track record.
    • Experience in customer support is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and manage time effectively.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
