- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or combined with related experience)
- Total 4+ years of experience in Back-end development in a start-up or a dynamic work environment
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Hands-on experience of 3+ years in writing Node. js applications, and working with frameworks like Express
- Good Experience with No Sql Database (MongoDB)
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages, both dynamic (JavaScript, Python, etc.) and strongly typed object-oriented
- Implementing automated unit test cases
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like GIT
- Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, and broader cutting-edge technologies around server-side development
- Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams and able to multi-task
- Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing start-up workplace
