    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The employment type is Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the HR or consulting industry
    • Solid knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads

    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor strategies
    • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence
    • Produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies
