    Web Optimization Specialist - bangalore, India - Infineon Technologies

    Description
    In your new role you will:
    • Setting up and running web optimization campaigns in co-operate with central department e.g., testing and personalization campaigns mainly on our webpages
    • Support with omni-channel web optimization campaigns e.g., testing and personalization campaigns
    • Support with research and collection of requirements for running testing and personalization campaigns
    • Support with audience creation for running testing and personalization campaigns
    • Support with analyzing testing and personalization campaigns
    • Monitoring testing and personalization campaigns and support with troubleshooting
    • QA testing for Web Optimization campaigns
    • Support with designing and building testing and personalization campaigns
    • Support with creating and updating the web optimization backlog and responsibility for ticketing system
    • Support with prioritization of web optimization campaigns, e.g., by evaluating effort of implementation
    • Support with coordinating 'Support Teams' including internal teams and external agencies
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Experience in setting up and running a/b tests and personalization campaigns
    • Experience with web optimization engines or digital experience platforms, e.g., Optimize, Optimizely is needed; experience in Adobe Target is a plus
    • Experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
    • Experience in Tableau is a plus
    • Experience in CMS needed, experience in AEM is a plus
    • Experience in project management systems like Azure or Jira
    • Basic development skills
    • Willing to travel intercontinental regularly
    • Fluent in English
    • Detail oriented, structured and organized
    • Analytical skillset
    • Power Point
    • Good communication skills
    • Experienced in agile working is a plus
    • Experienced working in matrix organizations, Stakeholder managements a plus
