    Position Associate ManagerTaxation
    RoleOverview:
    Thisrole is to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practicearea and to deliver quality tax services that will increase firm sreputation. Serve as business advisor to our clients aiming atmaximizing engagement and achieving qualitativeoutcomes.Position

    JobDescription:Primaryresponsibility
    • Preparationof Tax Audit Transfer Pricing Income Tax Returns and otherstatutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability ofclauses sections etc. and information through effectivecoordination with various functions with internal and externalteams.
    • Assisting the seniors for making summaryand drafting material for representation of cases before AssessingOfficer
    • Understanding the documents providedand getting the required documents pending for caseshandled.
    • Preparing financial statements andissuance of Tax audit reports.
    • Summarizing andrepresenting Clients before the Assessing Investigation Valuationand other Income Tax Authorities appellate forums and RevisionaryAuthorities.
    • Review and drafting of agreementfor tax efficient and complianttransactions.
    • Manage and mentor members of taxteam to greater levels of effectiveness andengagement.
    • Providing advisory support andhandholding on setup of new business entities in India keeping inmind the Direct Tax and other related laws inIndia.
    • Monitor legislative and regulatory taxlaw developments communicate the effects of these developments tomanagement and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize onchanges to taxation legislation.
    • Review taxreturns and quarterly/yearly taxprojections.
    Othertask:
    • Prepare dataand coordinate with clients to ensure timely compliance andaccurate CBC and master file compliances under Transfer pricinglaws
    • Provide support with various internalaudits and special tax relatedprojects.
    • Research and update on variouscompliance and tax relatedamendments

    CandidateRequirements:
    • Qualified CharteredAccountant with 2 years of experience into DirectTaxation.
    • Passion to work in direct tax field.Good understanding of tax laws.
    • Ability to workcooperatively as well as independently under pressure with closeattention to detail.
    • Excellent planning andorganizational skills with the ability to successfully adapt tochanging priorities.
    • Excellent written andVerbal Communication & PresentationSkills
