- Valid nursing license and registration in the state of Karnataka, India

- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, specifically in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting
- Assess patients' health status and develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and provide resources for continued support
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and nursing interventions
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
