    Full-Time Registered Nurse for Homecare position with Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in home healthcare.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Registered Nurse license in the relevant jurisdiction
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in home healthcare

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
    • Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
    • Educate patients and their families/caregivers on proper healthcare practices
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
