    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and driven Medical Marketing Manager to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Medical Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare programs and services. This is a full-time, contract position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in medical marketing or a similar role
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of medical terminology
    • Proficiency in social media management platforms and digital marketing tools
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Avanta Healthcare's home healthcare programs and services
    • Identify target markets and create marketing campaigns to reach potential patients and healthcare providers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
    • Manage and update social media platforms to engage with the target audience and increase brand awareness
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
    • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote Avanta Healthcare's services
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and clients
    • Monitor and report on marketing metrics, such as website traffic and conversion rates, to measure the success of marketing efforts
