    Company Description

    Flurn is an education company that brings after-school group classes right to children's doorsteps. Our mission is to make holistic learning accessible in a safe and fun environment. We set up pop-up learning centres in apartment complexes, offering a custom bouquet of classes based on the needs of each community. Currently, we are live in all areas of Bangalore, with over 150 apartment complexes serving 1000s of students every month. Flurn actively participates in community-cultural events to create a strong community bond.

    Role Description

    The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing events that promote Flurn's brand and showcases the various product offerings we have. You will have to design engaging activities which will draw huge interest and participation from apartment residents, especially parents of young children.

    You will be supported by a team of business development specialists who will identify and fix events in large apartments communities as well as support you in the actual execution of the event.

    The ideal candidate will come with prior experience in conceptualising and executing events efficiently and have the right mindset to keep experimenting with newer ideas.

    Qualifications

    • Event Marketing, Event Planning, and Event Management skills
    • Sales skills to promote and sell event offerings
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Previous experience in the education industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
