    Job description summary: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand marketing and communication to drive brand growth and market presence. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of brand strategy, Media strategy, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute comprehensive annual brand plans that align with business objectives and enhance brand equity.

    In your day-to-day role you will: Leading brand marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and relevanceManaging budgets and analysing media and metrics for optimal resource allocationCollaborating with product and growth teams to align strategies and maximize revenueOrchestrating integrated marketing communications across various channelsDeveloping comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesCrafting and implementing long-term brand strategies for sustained successDevelop a strong attitudinal and behavioural understanding of priority audiences to identify key insights to guide strategic direction and ideasKnowledge of media channels and media industry planning toolsKnowledge of Digital and TV media and planning principles
    What do you need to bring? Proven track record of success in brand marketing, with at least 12 years of experienceBachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing or related fieldDemonstrated leadership in fast-growing companiesStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to inspire and motivate cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with a creative mindsetAdaptability in fast-paced environments
