    Description

    Hello,

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Integration Center of Excellence (CoE) Head / Pre-Sales Specialist to lead our integration efforts and drive the adoption of best practices across various integration platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration, Apache Kafka, and Java Spring Boot.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Integration CoE and provide strategic direction for integration architecture, design, and implementation.
    • Act as a pre-sales specialist, engaging with potential clients to understand their integration requirements and propose suitable solutions.
    • Develop and maintain deep expertise in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration, Apache Kafka, and Java Spring Boot.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase our integration capabilities.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales stages, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of integration solutions.
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to educate and empower clients and internal teams on integration best practices and emerging trends.
    • Contribute to the development of reusable integration assets, frameworks, and accelerators using Java Spring Boot and other relevant technologies.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in integration technologies and participate in relevant industry events and conferences.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Integration CoE, promoting the use of agile methodologies and automation.
    • Mentor and guide integration architects, developers, and other team members to enhance their skills and expertise in integration technologies and Java Spring Boot.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation.
    • Deep expertise in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration, and Apache Kafka.
    • Strong proficiency in Java programming and experience with Spring Boot framework for building integration solutions.
    • Solid understanding of API management, microservices architecture, and cloud integration patterns.
    • Experience in pre-sales activities, including solution architecting, proposal development, and client presentations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of leading integration initiatives and delivering successful projects.
    • Certification in one or more integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, Dell Boomi Certified Developer) and Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Developer) are highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project implementations.
