    Lead - Network & Data Security Position at Mumbai



    Location: Mumbai

    Description:
    We are in search of a skilled Lead for Network & Data Security for one of our prestigious clients in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience and knowledge in IT infrastructure security.

    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Hold relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, and others.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure security, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
    • Demonstrated expertise in security technologies including firewalls, access control, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and antivirus systems.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001/2.
    • Basic understanding of Antivirus, Network, System, Server, or Proxy Solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement IT infrastructure security policies and guidelines complying with industry standards.
    • Define strategies for security tools like DLP, Encryption, Antivirus, Firewalls, and Advanced threat prevention.
    • Architect, design, implement, and support security measures.
    • Perform risk assessments and vulnerability scanning to identify and mitigate security threats.
    • Supervise the setup, configuration, and management of security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
    • Continuously monitor the security infrastructure to detect and respond to security events effectively.
    • Conduct security awareness training for employees and ensure alignment of security measures with business strategies.
    • Manage security incidents, collaborating internally and externally to resolve issues promptly.
    • Stay informed about emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to enhance security.
