    About this opportunity:

    We at Ericsson are looking for an IT System Expert to join our team and support the realization of cutting-edge IT solutions. You will provide specialised technical expertise on systems, platforms, databases, networks, and security across various ADM projects. As our IT System Expert, you will liaise directly with our customers, shaping the technical architecture and defining the full infrastructural environment of an IT solution. This role calls for a clear understanding of business rules and the needs of the customer and its systems/applications in a recurring business context, where the demands and specifications are well established. You will guide our development team during the implementation phase, providing architectural standard rules, and plan, schedule, and assist in the release of systems.

    What you will do:

    Provide efficient solutions, plan, cost, and execute projects.

    Conduct Proof of Concepts for potential solutions or technologies.

    Engage in technical discussions with customers for requirement gathering.

    Guide and consult with the team regarding implementation.

    Support teams in handling critical issues.

    Provide training and mentorship to the team.

    Maintain and update the knowledge base database.

    Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
