    Job Role:

    We are looking for an individual who possesses an understanding of the complete employee life cycle, with expertise in multiple sub-functions, such as talent acquisition and talent management, employer branding, compensation, etc. You should have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, we look for an individual with strong decision-making skills and a deep understanding of stakeholder management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement talent acquisition and recruitment processes while focusing on talent management, retention, and attrition control.

    Responsible for the entire employee life cycle, specifically leadership profiles.

    Deliver excellent stakeholder management and employer branding.

    Collaborate with multiple teams to execute the organization's long-term mission and goal and identify ways to support this mission through talent management.

    Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.

    Work proactively to improve policies and procedures across levels.

    Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, managing risk, and updating HR records to ensure accuracy.

    Skills Required:

    Full time MBA or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline from top-tier institutes is a must

    Minimum 5 years of experience in HR

    Exposure to leadership hiring

    Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

    In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures

    Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

    Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

    Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
