    Key Responsibilities: lier Identification and Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers in China and other countries for the specified construction materials. Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, pricing, and lead times. tiation and Contracting: Negotiate favourable terms of trade, including pricing, payment terms, shipping methods, and delivery schedules. Draft and finalize contracts or purchase agreements with selected suppliers. mentation and Compliance: Prepare and review all import-related documentation, including customs declarations, import permits, and quality certifications. Ensure full compliance with import regulations, tariffs, and trade laws. stics and Shipping Coordination: Coordinate transportation and logistics, working with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery. Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues that may arise during transit. ity Control and Inspection: Oversee quality control measures, including product inspection and compliance with quality standards. Ensure that all construction materials meet the required specifications and standards. ntory Management: Manage inventory levels and storage of imported materials, optimizing stock levels to meet project requirements. Implement efficient inventory tracking and reporting systems. Analysis and Budgeting: Analyze the cost of importing materials, including purchase prices, transportation costs, customs fees, and other associated expenses.
