    Overview of the role:

    As a Google Ads Trainer you will be playing a pivotal role in educating, training and empowering our teams on Google Ads platform. This training will help our sellers to master Google Ads and equip them with excellent product knowledge to help them deliver world-class solutions to our Google Ads advertisers that would help our advertisers meet their marketing goals through Google Ads.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop curriculum:

    ● Design and develop training content including presentations, handouts, and self paced

    learning platforms, that align with Google Ads best practices and industry standards.

    ● Keep the training curriculum up-to-date with the latest changes and updates in the Google

    Ads platform & based on client feedback.

    ● Align training curriculum to current business needs and challenges.

    Training Delivery:

    ● Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, ranging from

    beginners to advanced users, both in-person and virtually.

    ● Adapt training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and levels of

    expertise.

    ● Inspire confidence & enthusiasm in the trainees while delivering customer centric solutions.

    Hands-on Demonstrations:

    ● Provide practical, hands-on demonstrations of Google Ads features and functionalities,

    illustrating how to position a product feature, handle objections and identify opportunities for

    growth.

    ● Make trainees well versed with navigation of the tools used.

    ● Offer real-world examples and case studies to enhance understanding.

    Support during and after the training:

    ● Address participants' questions and concerns during training sessions, fostering a

    collaborative learning environment.

    ● Provide ongoing support to trainees as they apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.

    Performance Evaluation:

    ● Assess the progress and performance of trainees through quizzes, exercises, and practical

    assignments.

    ● Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their Google Ads skills.

    Stay Informed:

    ● Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in Google Ads policies, and updates to the platform,

    ensuring that training materials are current and relevant.

    Collaborate with Stakeholders:

    ● Work closely with the various teams such as Operations, Quality and the end Client to

    understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

    Continuous Improvement:

    ● Seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve training programs.

    ● Proactively identify areas for enhancement and develop new training modules as needed.

    ● Open to feedback and adapt quickly to the changing business requirements based.

    Tracking Performance:

    ● Post teams going live on production floor, track performance in terms of the KPIs defined for

    the program.

    ● Bring changes to the curriculum based on past batch performance and feedback.

    Required Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with primary focus on Google Ads.

    3. Must be Google Ads certified.

    4. Strong presentation, verbal and communication skills.

    5. Can use MS Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint, Google Slides, MS Word, Google Docs with ease.

    6. Ability to adapt training content for different skill levels, audiences & changing business

    environment

    7. Experience in developing curriculum and training materials.

    8. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and Google Ads best practices.

    9. Highly motivated, patient and supportive demeanor with a passion for educating & empowering trainees.
